    I live on the westside in Jacksonville Florida and cannot understand why I receive mail but they never pick-up my mail to deliver it! I've even found my mail for utilities with check inside on the ground under the box. I live in a condo so we have the big universal mail box so I cannot understand how you can open up the big side and not see letters going out in some of the boxes. Instead my sister has to drive five miles down the road to mail our letters! Does anyone else here have these problems?? More...
